Can you match the builder with their dates?

Here is a list of well-known organ builders and their dates. Unfortunately, the surnames are in alphabetical order while the dates are chronological (Kitty paws on keyboards, you understand...). You are asked to ascribe the correct date to each builder. To enter ,simply write down which builder goes with which set of dates a,b,c,d, (such as 1=a, 2=f , 3=z etc or whichever pairs match up)
All correct answers will go in the draw to win a copy of Martin Setchell's "Let the pealing organ blow!" and the winner will be notified by email.
(Hint: I bet Google knows a thing or two about organ builders... )
