faq

The Organ Cds

Q: Are these sold anywhere else?
A: Yes. At the town hall where they are recorded, a few other places in stores and online in New Zealand and in the UK in stores and online (See:cdorders.htm for details). But not in mainland Europe or the US. This is THE site for you if you live in those places.

Ordering
UPDATED!

Q: What currencies can you accept?
A: Dollars both for US, and New Zealand, and GBP pounds sterling.
If you wish to use PayPal, just proceed as usual with the order via PayPal from this page . However, if you would like to pay using a direct credit to the bank online, you can pay in pounds sterling, American dollars and New Zealand dollars. Simply email us so we can give you the appropriate details.

Q:I accidentally ordered the wrong cd - how do I delete it?

A: If you haven't pushed the confirm button, you can go to your shopping cart and click on remove, then update your cart. If you still think something has gone wrong, contact us.
Q: How much will my order cost in US dollars or Siberian yaks?
A: There is a currency converter in three languages on each of the shopping pages which will give you up-to-the-day conversions of your currency. Not sure about Siberian yaks though.

Security

Q: How do I know my card and details are safe?
A: 1 . Orders are processed through Paypal. Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution. Q: Yes, but how do I know I can trust you and that you'll send me my goods?
A: You know where I live, my email, my phone (see below). I will be selling the jigsaws and CDs at concerts in New Zealand and Europe regularly, so I can be found very easily and I don't want to make enemies. We're human, and make mistakes, but not intentionally, and if we do something wrong, we'll put it right.
